How to quickly get started with NAXEON?
After unboxing your NAXEON, you will find a quick activation guide for the vehicle. Scan the QR code on the guide to access instructional videos. Once you've linked your vehicle, you can easily access your user manual in the NAXEON app "electronic manual "section. You'll also get tons of useful info and tips on new features.
Can the NAXEON be charged at level 2 charging stations?
The NAXEON comes with an onboard integrated charger that is compatible with J-plug adapters, allowing you to charge directly at Level 2 charging stations.
How do l charge the battery?
The battery pack can be charged on the bike using an SAE J1772 (J plug/Type 1) plug-in. You can use either a 110V or 240V supply, with 110V being typical for standard US household outlets.
If you're using a household outlet (Level 1) for charging, consider purchasing a voltage booster from our accessories. This will ensure your charger operates at maximum power. Without it, charging on a 110V supply will be limited to 0.8-1 kW.
What kind of battery is used on the NAXEON, what is its capacity and voltage?
The NAXEON I AM.Pro features a 6.5 kWh 72V (nominal) Semi-solid-state battery, it is 84V when fully charged.
What if I need a repair that is not covered by the warranty?
For repairs not covered by the warranty, you can either purchase the necessary parts from our Accessories & Parts store and perform the repair yourself, or visit an authorized fulfillment center for professional service.
How often should I service my NAXEON motorcycle?
In the After-sales section of the NAXEON App, you will find detailed maintenance information for your NAXEON vehicle. This section accurately records your next maintenance date and mileage, and NAXEON will automatically notify you when maintenance is due. Additionally, you can access the NAXEON vehicle maintenance manual on this page, providing you with all the necessary information to keep your electric motorcycle in peak condition.

How can I change the parts for NAXEON?
In the Help Center section of the NAXEON App, we provide a series of videos on vehicle assembly and disassembly. These videos will guide you on how to disassemble and reassemble the components of your NAXEON I AM. If you encounter issues that you cannot resolve on your own, please take your vehicle to the nearest "fulfillment center" for repairs.
Can I perform maintenance and repairs myself?
Yes, many maintenance and repair tasks can be performed by yourself. Our NAXEON App includes a maintenance manual and instructional videos to guide you through the process.

Will modifications and non-NAXEON service void my warranties?
We’ll give you all the step-by-step guides and video support you need for self-service and custom tweaks, so you can fine-tune your bike with confidence.
Feel free to add aesthetic touches like handguards and fairings—those are all good. But watch out: if mods are done incorrectly and cause damage, that could void your warranty. Also, any changes to the motor, vehicle controller, motor controller, harness, or battery not approved by NAXEON will void your warranty. So, get creative but stay within the guidelines!
How long does it take to charge the battery?

What is the warranty on the NAXEON?
We offer a two-year full vehicle warranty. From the moment your ride is delivered, you'll need to connect to our cloud service and activate your warranty. Just a heads-up: the warranty period starts from the date of first delivery and activation.

Can I provide feedback after the test ride?
Yes, we welcome your feedback! After your test ride, you can share your experience with the fulfillment center or directly with us through our website or customer support channels.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my test ride?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the fulfillment center as soon as possible to inform them and arrange a new appointment.
What happens if I am late for my test ride appointment?
If you arrive late, your test ride appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. It’s best to contact the fulfillment center if you expect to be late.
What is the duration of a test ride?
Test rides typically last between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the fulfillment center’s schedule and availability.
What should I bring for the test ride?
Please bring a valid motorcycle license or driver's license and wear appropriate riding gear, including a helmet. Some fulfillment centers may also require proof of insurance.
Is there a cost for scheduling a test ride?
No, scheduling a test ride is free of charge. However, some fulfillment centers may require a refundable deposit to confirm your appointment.

How much does automated titling and registration cost?
NAXEON provides this service at cost. The high price difference between automated and assisted is due to NAXEON collecting and remitting sales tax and registration fees that must be paid to the DMV at time of registration.
How long does it take for my bank transfer to process?
On average it takes 3-5 business days for NAXEON to receive a bank transfer.
Why is my card payment failing?
There can be many reasons leading to a failed payment, including insufficient funds, security measures of your banking institution, etc. As a first step, please contact your banking institution to help troubleshoot. If payment still fails after reaching out to your bank, please contact NAXEON’s support team and we’ll assist you.
Does NAXEON provide temporary tags while I wait for my metal plates, title, and/or registration?
Absolutely. For all road legal vehicles, NAXEON will email you a copy of a temporary registration tag that lasts up to 90 days once the vehicle is shipped or nearing delivery.
What's the best way to take care of my NAXEON battery?
Maintaining your NAXEON battery is essential:
Charge Regularly: Keep your battery charged regularly to maintain its optimal condition.
Maintain Charge Levels: Aim to keep the battery's charge between 30% and 90% to preserve its health.
Full Charge Weekly: Fully charge the battery once a week to ensure accurate State of Charge (SOC) calibration.
Long-Term Storage: If you're not using your NAXEON for a while, turn off the enable switch to put the battery into a low-power sleep mode.

How many charge cycles will a battery last?
The NAXEON S³ battery will last for about 1,200 charge cycles before its capacity is reduced to 80% of its original full charge. With an average of 50 miles per cycle, this means you can expect up to 60,000 miles before the battery capacity drops to 80%.
How do l know the battery is secure while riding?
NAXEON uses semi-solid S³ batteries, offering high safety and stability even under impact, puncture, or collision. The battery syncs with the vehicle in real-time, allowing you to monitor its status and performance through the onboard system, you have all real-time notification in your dash display.
Will batteries be available for purchase?
Battery Packs are available at a price of $3,999 each.
What are the lighting details?
NAXEON's got your ride lit with a dazzling array of smart LED lights! All lights are synced with our smart system, connected to the vehicle control unit (VCU) to ensure every lighting function is seamlessly managed.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times, but our shipping carrier will provide an estimated delivery window. You will be notified of the delivery date and time in advance.
Where can I pick up my NAXEON motorcycle?
On the NAXEON checkout page, you can find all our fulfillment centers in the United States. Once you select the store that suits you best, you can pick up your order in-store.
Is insurance required to ride my vehicle?
Insurance requirements vary by state. If you are financing a road-legal vehicle, proof of insurance is required. If you are not financing, proof of insurance may be required to title and register your vehicle. If insurance is required for your order, you will not be able to skip the insurance section in the buyer portal.
Why am I blocked in my insurance section?
In order to secure an insurance policy, carriers require the VIN of your vehicle. If you are blocked on the insurance section, NAXEON is waiting for the VIN to be assigned by the manufacturer. As soon as the VIN has been assigned, you will receive an email to continue within the insurance section.
How do I secure an insurance policy for my vehicle?
In the buyer portal, carriers that NAXEON has confirmed offer policies covering your vehicle will be listed. NAXEON will also list specific state and lender defined policy requirements such as the max deductible and lienholder information, if applicable. If you are having trouble securing an insurance policy from a carrier, please do not hesitate to reach out to NAXEON support.
Can the NAXEON be legally ridden on streets in the USA?
Absolutely! The NAXEON meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) regulations. It comes with its own Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and, like any other vehicle, needs to be registered and insured for on-road use. So, you're all set to ride legally and safely!

What is the range of the NAXEON under different conditions?
Since the range can be affected by factors such as speed, weather, and rider weight, NXN provides some real-world scenarios for further reference:

According to the WMTC test data, the PRO version has a range of 110 miles (175 km). (along with 165lbs/75kg rider)

In everyday city riding, we took the PRO version through its paces on a mix of city streets, ring roads, and highways, weaving through typical traffic. With regular driving habits—braking, accelerating, and all the usual moves—we managed to squeeze out a respectable 80 miles (130 km) of range.

When we let loose and went full throttle(>65M/h /105Km/h) on the highway, the PRO version still impressed us with a range of over 55 miles (90 km).

If you’re a gentle urban rider, commuting through the city at a steady 40 mph (65 km/h), you could enjoy a range of over 120 miles (about 200 km).

And yes, all these numbers come from tests with a rider weighing 165 lbs.

Shipping costs range from $399 to $499, depending on where you live, as determined by our shipping partner. This fee covers all aspects of shipping, including the pallet, handling, line haul from California, road tolls (where applicable), and in-person delivery. How long does it take to ship my order?

Please bring a valid ID, a copy of your order confirmation, and any necessary paperwork for titling and registration. If you financed your purchase, bring proof of insurance as well.
What should I do if I miss the delivery?
If you miss the delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your motorcycle from a local facility. Please note that the shipping carrier will charge a fee for redelivery, and the fee will be determined by the shipping carrier’s standard rates.

Will l need to assemble my NAXEON?
Your NAXEON will arrive fully assembled and ready to roll, neatly packed on its own pallet. Just top off the battery and you’re set for your first ride. You might need to screw on a rear fender, and the rearview mirrors also need to be installed, you will be guided by NAXEON APP ("Help center---Vehicle guide")
