What is the warranty on the NAXEON?
We offer a two-year full vehicle warranty. From the moment your ride is delivered, you'll need to connect to our cloud service and activate your warranty. Just a heads-up: the warranty period starts from the date of first delivery and activation.

How to quickly get started with NAXEON?
After unboxing your NAXEON, you will find a quick activation guide for the vehicle. Scan the QR code on the guide to access instructional videos. Once you've linked your vehicle, you can easily access your user manual in the NAXEON app "electronic manual "section. You'll also get tons of useful info and tips on new features.
Will modifications and non-NAXEON service void my warranties?
We’ll give you all the step-by-step guides and video support you need for self-service and custom tweaks, so you can fine-tune your bike with confidence.
Feel free to add aesthetic touches like handguards and fairings—those are all good. But watch out: if mods are done incorrectly and cause damage, that could void your warranty. Also, any changes to the motor, vehicle controller, motor controller, harness, or battery not approved by NAXEON will void your warranty. So, get creative but stay within the guidelines!
Where can l purchase parts for repair and replacement?

Can I perform maintenance and repairs myself?
Yes, many maintenance and repair tasks can be performed by yourself. Our NAXEON App includes a maintenance manual and instructional videos to guide you through the process.
How can I change the parts for NAXEON?
In the Help Center section of the NAXEON App, we provide a series of videos on vehicle assembly and disassembly. These videos will guide you on how to disassemble and reassemble the components of your NAXEON I AM. If you encounter issues that you cannot resolve on your own, please take your vehicle to the nearest "fulfillment center" for repairs.
My NAXEON requires service, how do l contact NAXEON?
For any service needs, just head to the "Service" section in the NAXEON app to find the nearest fulfillment center.

How often should I service my NAXEON motorcycle?
In the After-sales section of the NAXEON App, you will find detailed maintenance information for your NAXEON vehicle. This section accurately records your next maintenance date and mileage, and NAXEON will automatically notify you when maintenance is due. Additionally, you can access the NAXEON vehicle maintenance manual on this page, providing you with all the necessary information to keep your electric motorcycle in peak condition.
What if I need a repair that is not covered by the warranty?
For repairs not covered by the warranty, you can either purchase the necessary parts from our Accessories & Parts store and perform the repair yourself, or visit an authorized fulfillment center for professional service.
How could I find the "fulfillment center" of NAXEON?
You can find the nearest "fulfillment center" in the After Sale Service section of the NAXEON App. Once you bring your vehicle to the center, our professional technicians will diagnose and repair the issue. You can track the repair progress in the NAXEON App, where you can also view the estimated repair time and the pick-up time.

This includes invitations to events sponsored or organized by NAXEON, our sales and assistance network, or our business partners, featuring offers on their products, services, and initiatives.

Furthermore, NAXEON engages in profiling activities to better understand your preferences, habits, and lifestyle by analyzing your interactions with us and your purchase details. This information helps in creating personalized profiles and, with your consent for marketing, allows us to tailor promotional messages and offers to your interests. In line with GDPR provisions and based on legitimate interest, NAXEON may use your email address, provided during a purchase, to send communications about services or products similar to those you've acquired ("soft spam"). NAXEON also conduct surveys for non-commercial purposes, which are entirely voluntary, to enhance the quality of our customer service.

NAXEON has the right to share your data with its affiliated companies, and those employees, consultants, and collaborators who are specifically appointed to process data and assigned to assist NAXEON in carrying out the services offered by this website.
