How can I begin my monthly payments?

Can I cancel my order?
Refunds: You acknowledge and agree that, after placing your order below and signing the Purchase Agreement or accepting your financing offer, you are ineligibile for any refund. Before then, you can request a refund by emailing support@ekhodealer.com.
Why is my card payment failing?
There can be many reasons leading to a failed payment, including insufficient funds, security measures of your banking institution, etc. As a first step, please contact your banking institution to help troubleshoot. If payment still fails after reaching out to your bank, please contact NAXEON’s support team and we’ll assist you.
How long does it take for my bank transfer to process?
On average it takes 3-5 business days for NAXEON to receive a bank transfer.
